Our partnership with Circle Health Group

Circle Health Group joins with Radar Healthcare to empower their data

Radar Healthcare will supply the UK’s largest private hospital group, Circle Health Group, with its award-winning risk management and compliance software across its 54 hospitals as the company aims to unlock vital safety data to improve patient outcomes.

Founded in 2004, Circle Health Group offers the UK’s largest national network of private hospitals, in addition to innovative neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation services and pathway management services. Each year its 8,200 members of staff support 2,000,000 patient visits.

This partnership with us will see the private hospital group move away from multiple risk management and compliance systems to one integrated and efficient platform.

Simon Geoghegan, Head of Clinical Data Reporting and Governance Systems for Circle Health Group said: “Our partnership with Radar Healthcare offers us an opportunity to enhance our offering to patients across the UK. The platform is renowned for its depth of insight and ease of use. We want to equip our staff with the very best technology to allow them to do what they do best – care for patients.

By bringing a number of systems together under one roof, Circle Health Group will be able to improve our efficiencies and processes.

“From a data perspective, having access to an effective tool that can quickly report, identify and link together anything across the wider spectrum that governance covers, is vital to any organisation looking to futureproof their process management. Working with Radar Healthcare to deliver this will help enhance the supportive, patient-focused culture we are proud of.”Integration of the Radar Healthcare platform across Circle Health Group will begin in January and enable the Group to evolve its processes and comply with the Learn from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE) service.Simon adds: “By having a more joined-up approach we will be able to identify issues faster. The learnings we will be able to gain from the platform will help provide assurance to not only regulators and staff, but more importantly our patients. It demonstrates that we are a learning organisation with patient care at the heart of what we do.

But it wasn’t just what the platform could offer the Group that attracted us to Radar Healthcare. Its collaborative way of working feels like a true partnership and we cannot wait to get started.

Paul Johnson, CEO of Radar Healthcare, added: “We are proud to have been chosen as Circle Health Group’s risk, quality and compliance partner.“Like many healthcare organisations that have experienced rapid growth and expansion through acquisition, Circle Health Group needed to move away from processes dictated by multiple legacy systems. Instead, it needed one platform that could integrate seamlessly, fulfil all its demands, and provide vital insights to ensure the highest standards of care and safety for both staff and patients.”The news follows a number of high-profile announcements by Radar Healthcare in recent months, including a partnership with Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and the appointment of former NICE CEO, Gillian Leng, as non-executive director.
