Introducing... The Radar Healthcare Community

11 January 2023

Launched earlier this year, the Radar Healthcare Community is a new platform where our partners can ask questions, join and start discussions, and connect with other Radar Healthcare users to understand more about the system and our industry.

Designed for system administrators and stakeholders, users will be able to chat with other peers about how they use Radar Healthcare as well as learn about each other’s working techniques and best practices.

Partners can create their account by selecting ‘LOGIN’ at the top of the Community’s home page. Once approved, logged in users are granted access to gated content, and can explore the new features as well as some redesigned favourites – all that we’ve covered below.

Join the Community

The Community Forum – discussing industry topics and asking questions about the product

Pose questions for other Community members to answer, help a fellow Community member by answering their questions, and share your ideas or lessons learned to the benefit of the Community as a whole. What’s more is that you will be able to share elements of your own Radar Healthcare system, such as Audit templates and Event forms.

Product Updates – search our library for the information you need

As well as viewing our Roadmap to see what lies ahead for you and your system, you can search through our past release notes to see if you can find new ways of working. Filter by areas of interest to find the product updates relevant to you and your team and subscribe to tags and receive emails when we post about them in the Community.

Suggest an Idea – help us create the system you want to see in the world

We are always excited to hear about how we could improve, and we strive to put your ideas into action – to date, 36% of your upvoted ideas have been delivered and a further 18% are planned! This area will replace our pre-existing Suggestions Forum and gives so much more in terms of oversight, monitoring, and reporting of your ideas. Any suggestions that you have already provided have been transferred to the new Suggest an Idea area.

Knowledge base – new and improved

Our Knowledge base is also being transferred from our previous system to the Community. You will be able to use this tool to learn and develop your skills on Radar Healthcare, as well answer questions before turning to our Support team. All help links in your Radar System will now direct you to the brand-new Knowledge base.

Gamification – points, ranks, and badges

As you become more active within the Community, you will earn points, helping you move up the different ranks within the platform. You will find a points leaderboard on the home page, so you can see how far from the top spot you are! You also have the chance to earn badges, which are awarded for specific contributions such as taking part in product BETAs or consistently suggesting great development features in the Suggest an Idea section.

Discover more about the Community and why we’ve decided now is the best time to launch, by listening to #WhatTheHealthTech with Product Owner Ellie Jordan and Chief Product Officer Mark Fewster:

We are so excited to welcome you to the Radar Healthcare Community and to create something we’re really proud of together.
