    This shows an audit trail of activity within the risk, including an automatic date/time and user stamp of who made a change, when and what that change was made. Entries on this table are all automatic and cannot be manually edited or removed.

    This function allows a user to export the full risk details to PDF. Upon selecting the download option the user can select which aspects of a PDF they would like to include, i.e. risk details, review, comments, controls, attachments, risk tasks and links.
