Project kick off with your Project Manager and Customer Success Manager
Once you have decided that Radar Healthcare is the right product for your organisation, the next stage is project kick off! We will recap your key aims and objectives for Radar Healthcare and your project manager will then create a personalised onboarding plan to ensure success.
Learn, Configure, Test
Throughout the onboarding process you’ll have regular calls with your Project Manager to ensure that you have the knowledge you need to use Radar Healthcare to its full potential. Your Customer Success Manager will also be there to help and ensure you are confident in achieving your goals
Launching Radar Healthcare
When you are ready to launch we’ll provide support and resources to ensure your launch is as successful and impactful as it can be. Our launch kit contains useful information to announce Radar Healthcare successfully to your staff and includes email templates, posters and other useful resources, so you can hit the ground running right away.
