Here at Radar Healthcare, ongoing support is at the heart of our service delivery because we understand that people and processes are as important as the software itself.  Our support team form part of this and are on hand to help our customers with any queries relating to Radar Healthcare, ensuring you’re confident in achieving your goals.

We wanted to introduce you to the team, meet some of the members below:

What is your role at Radar Healthcare?

Product Support Analyst.

Why do you love working for Radar Healthcare?

Radar Healthcare is a great company with a great product. It’s good to see the work we’re doing truly making a difference in the healthcare organisations we work with.

What’s your favourite thing about working with our customers?

Being the first point of contact for customers is great and gives us the opportunity to work with different people each day. No day is the same in the product support team where we support customers, configuring customers system and helping to solve any problems customers face.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I love watching Formula 1 – I attended the British Grand Prix this year which was amazing.

Why do you love working for Radar Healthcare?

I love Radar Healthcare itself, it is constantly evolving and configurable so we can meet the needs of our customers. I am also very lucky to have supportive, engaging and generally awesome colleagues that I work with everyday.

What’s your favourite thing about working with our customers?

All of our customers use Radar Healthcare in different ways, it is interesting to see how our product is being put to use, and generally I enjoy building relationships with our customers and ensuring they get the best service possible.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my little nephew and my siblings, I also enjoy being active – mostly running and going to the gym – so it balances my love for food.
