What is your role at Radar Healthcare?

Head of Sales – my day-to-day responsibilities include, the management of the sales team, the ownership of new business acquisition targets. And the reporting to senior management teams across the business.

Why do you love working for Radar Healthcare?

I love working for Radar Healthcare, as we are here to make a difference to peoples’ lives. The clients who use Radar Healthcare rely on our platform to keep their service users safe.

What’s your favourite thing about working with our customers?

My favourite thing about working with customers, is when the light goes on and they can visualise and see the difference the software will make it terms of time and resource efficiencies. The impact to their job roles, or their departments is seismic.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I love travelling, (covid permitting) dining out. I am keen cook and avidly support my football team Liverpool FC. Alongside these activities I am committed to living a healthy lifestyle, so my mind and body feel in great condition.

What feedback do you hear from our customers?

Recently I was on a demo with a new customer who are actively making acquisitions to strengthen their market share and they can envisage how Radar Healthcare’s reporting and analytics would give them confidence when acquiring new businesses and monitoring their health. They see Radar Healthcare as a BI Tool to measuring the KPIs of their estate, so they can be proactive, rather than reactive in making great quality business decisions.

What is your role at Radar Healthcare?

My role is National Business Development Manager and I look after a mixture of NHS and private healthcare business.

Why do you love working for Radar Healthcare?

I love working for Radar Healthcare for many reasons, but the most important is the people. Everyone who works at Radar Healthcare is genuinely passionate about their role and the work that we do to make healthcare safer. It’s a really caring company to work for that truly prioritises the well being of their staff and the ethos of the company runs through every arm of the business. I am also inspired by the work that we do; no two days are the same and you can make a genuine impact whether you’ve been at the business for 5 years or 5 days!

What’s your favourite thing about working with our customers?

My favourite thing about working with our customers is hearing the incredible stories about the impact Radar Healthcare has had on their patients and staff. This has been particularly awe inspiring during the pandemic and I feel honoured to work for a company that puts patient safety at the heart of all activity. I am also very invested in the continued work we do with thought leaders across the NHS to further improve patient safety through the adoption of forward-thinking, digital solutions.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I’m a creative soul and love spending my spare time drawing, painting, making jewellery, writing, dancing and cooking. A big passion of mine is also live music, which I’ve missed a lot throughout the pandemic, and I am very excited to get back to concerts, festivals and music gigs with my partner and friends in the very near future!
