We are delighted to announce that we have partnered with the leading care management platform Nourish Care, which will enable care workers to report incidents to Radar Healthcare through the Nourish app.

The integration

The integration will allow care organisations to record incidents, such as falls, in the Nourish app for that information to transfer to Radar Healthcare for analysis and reporting opportunities.

Radar Healthcare’s specialised workflow engine will then ensure that processes and standard operating procedures are followed so nothing gets missed; creating standardised behaviours, and allowing you to create action plans to mitigate those incidents and drive further improvements.

The integration came from the needto consolidate multiple systems for care delivery to free up more time for professionals to care for residents, delivering a higher quality of care and driving continuous improvement.

Introducing our new partner, Nourish Care

Nourish Care is an app-based care management platform that allows care services to record at the point of care, streamline administrative processes and equip teams with the tools to provide more person-centered care and improve outcomes for the people they support.

Nourish Care works with more than 2,500 care service users in the UK and overseas, within residential homes, nursing homes, learning disability services, mental health services, and other care settings.

They were one of the first recognised as an NHS Transformation Directorate Assured Supplier for the Digital Social Care Records (DSCR) DPS at launch and was also the first accredited by the PRSB as a Quality Partner, working to promote best practice standards for care.

We are honoured and excited to be working alongside Nourish Care and hope our work will provide all our partners with better insight into how incidents occur and how we can all help to prevent them.

Our Chief Product Officer, Mark Fewster, says:

“Our software integration will make a big impact on the provision of care and resident safety. On the frontline, it’s about recording events in the best possible way ensuring the right information is captured accurately and in real time. There is no duplication and care providers will have access to comprehensive data insights from within the Radar Healthcare platform so they can make informed decisions about improvements to risk and compliance issues. All of this empowers providers and helps to deliver better outcomes.

The partnership with Nourish Care is one of many we’re set to announce over the coming months. We will also very soon release news of an exciting development in our ongoing API strategy, which involves device and data-driven inputs so watch this space for the capabilities this will open up for care providers.”

Steve Lawrence, Head of Propositions and Partnerships at Nourish Care adds:

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Radar Healthcare. Our focus is always on user experience. We provide an easy-to-use, accessible solution for the recording, reporting, and co-ordinating of care. Key partnerships such as this allow us to respond to the ever-changing needs of our users and the thousands of people Nourish Care supports.”

We will keep you updated as we develop this relationship.
