Radar Healthcare's Hero Awards are back for 2021!

This year has again been difficult for many, so we’re sprinkling some sparkle this winter through Radar Healthcare’s second Hero Awards! We want to say thank you to our healthcare heroes out there, and you can help us by showing who they are.

Award categories

If you know someone who made a huge difference to someone’s life, been a fantastic mentor, perhaps used technology efficiently to help your organisation cope with COVID, or something else that deserves a special thank you, nominate them for the appropriate category below:  

• NHS hero of the year 
• Care hero of the year 
• Best use of digital technology

How to nominate

Simply fill out the form on our website (one for each nomination) and either attach a short video to tell us why your hero should win or write it down in 500 words or less.  

You can nominate as many heroes as you like. And as part of our Christmas gift to Leeds South and East Foodbank, our charity of the year, we’ll be making a donation for each and every nomination we receive.

• Nominations close on November 30th 2021
• Winners to be announced on December 20th 2021
