Thanks for joining us at Health Plus Care

24 May 2022

If you follow us on LinkedIn or Instagram, you’ll have seen that we were at Health Plus Care last week! You might have seen our stand or watched some of the Radar Healthcare team speaking with our partners at one of the many theatres across the two days.

Improving business through data and analytics

Wednesday saw Business Compliance Manager Julia Rice and Compliance Officer Amy from Sanctuary Care join our Customer Success Manager Mark Harrison to discuss how using Radar Healthcare’s Analytics module is helping them to drive improvements across their many homes in England and Scotland.

The three chatted about how easy it is for people across the group to access the data they want when they want it, what communication between teams now looks like with Radar Healthcare on board, and how an integrated approach gives better visibility and trend analysis for all parts of the business.

The right information in the right people’s hands

Later in the afternoon, Paul Cresswell, Associate Director of Quality Governance at North Bristol NHS Trust and Radar Healthcare’s Patient Safety Specialist Molly Kent spoke to a busy crowd at the Patient Safety and Infection Prevention Theatre on the logistics and processes around patient safety.

The session covered how quality is graded, why joined up learning is so important, and ideas and insight into engaging staff in continuous improvement.

Engaging workforces through quality

We ended Wednesday with our Head of Customer Experience Chloe Weatherhead talking to Care and Quality Director Julie Spencer and Head of Assurance and Care Emma Miles from Avery Healthcare about their recent move to Radar Healthcare. Avery Healthcare have been one of our most collaborative partners, and their rollout is no different.

As one of the biggest care organisations in the country, we were interested to talk about how implementation via several pilot homes has helped them to engage their workforce ahead of the full roll out to their 60+ sites.

Digitally transforming for success

Thursday ended the Health Plus Care speaking sessions with a conversation between Radar Healthcare CEO Paul Johnson and ERS Medical’s Quality and Governance Director, Simon Smith.

They focused on on how working with our teams across the business has helped ERS Medical adopt digital methods and ultimately create a robust governance model that benefits everyone.

Leading the industry in the right direction

It was such a special privilege to work closely with our partners to understand what they value about Radar Healthcare. Having them speak with peers in the industry about the insight they have gained about their own organisations, supporting their own journeys, was inspiring to watch and reinforces why we work in this sector.

Thank you to all our partners who lent a hand during the shows by speaking, and even just dropping over to our stand to say hello – it was a very busy and positive two days.
