Radar Healthcare is in Tennessee this week (24-29 July 2022) with some of the most exciting UK healthtech innovators to strengthen trade links and showcase our award-winning software to the US market.
The trade mission, organised by the Association of British HealthTech Industries (ABHI), is part of a flagship US Accelerator programme that aims to connect innovative organisations with leaders, clinicians, and procurement teams from world-class organisations in the US. ABHI’s mission is to join leaders from across our industry, including hospital systems, accelerators, business chambers and professional service companies.
Along with over 20 other companies, Radar Healthcare will be showcasing our all-in-one risk, quality, and compliance system, including our revised audits module and roadmap for the future, alongside engaging with new stakeholders and explore key markets.
Tennessee is globally renowned as a life sciences hub, exporting $4billion in medical equipment and supplies in 2020 and is also home to giant healthcare organisations such as HCA Healthcare and Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital.
This visit will be a chance for members to explore Tennessee’s biggest cities, Memphis and Nashville, which are home to world-renowned research institutions and a cluster of innovative companies – ideal for UK healthtech companies keen on developing trade partnerships in the State and beyond.
CEO and co-founder of Radar Healthcare Paul Johnson is rearing to go: “It has been such a journey to where Radar Healthcare stands today, and we’re really excited to meet with likeminded organisations who have just as much a passion for improving healthcare as we do. Our team is eager to learn more about the US healthcare industry and share our insight from being a leading voice in the UK and the Middle East on patient safety.”
We hope that this upcoming trade mission will help us explore America’s burgeoning healthcare and technology sector – all from one of the country’s most impressive states.
Paul Benton, Managing Director, International, ABHI commented: “The healthcare industry in Tennessee is a juggernaut that deserves a greater share of voice when compared to other parts of the country. Our visit will accordingly give our members a chance to explore the ample opportunities for collaboration and partnership in the region and showcase what the UK’s HealthTech community has to offer.”
