Jasmeet discusses her involvement with the Institute of Health and Social Care Management and how it transitioned its focus to include social care alongside healthcare.

She explains the formation of the Social Innovators Committee, highlighting its goal to drive positive change by bringing together individuals with innovative ideas in the social care sector. Through consultations and feedback, they developed a People Plan report aimed at addressing urgent issues such as public perception, workforce wellbeing, training, and pay benefits in social care.

The report was launched at the House of Lords, symbolising a collaborative effort to enact meaningful change in the industry. Jasmeet also highlights the importance of community involvement and accessibility in shaping the future of social care.
