Hallmark partners with Radar Healthcare to drive organisational learning

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes has implemented risk, quality and compliance software provider, Radar Healthcare throughout its care group as part of its digital transformation process.

Not only will Radar Healthcare eradicate hours of paperwork, but it will also be a positive approach in driving forward Hallmark Luxury Care Homes aims for sustainability. Team members across the group will use Radar Healthcare to govern all elements of quality with information easily being shared across all sites and with all stakeholders.

The software which has been implemented, includes incident and event management, action and improvement plans, risk management, analytics, document management and business compliance.

The different modules chosen from the full suite of Radar Healthcare will integrate across the organisation and provide staff with informative data to track themes and trends, which allows changes to be made quickly if an issue is spotted. If something at one location is working particularly well, this can also be shared and easily implemented across the other homes, which will be a huge benefit to residents and staff.
