Rhian Bulmer, Chief Partnerships OfficerWe are proud to announce that we have appointed Rhian Bulmer to our newly created role of Chief Partnerships Officer

Rhian joins Radar Healthcare’s senior leadership team with over 27 years of experience in health and social care, having held key positions at EMIS, Ramsay Healthcare, and other health tech providers, arming her with experience across all elements of the health care system from primary care through to ambulance and acute care settings.

Commenting on her new role Rhian said: “I’m passionate about technology and the transformational role it can play within the health ecosystem, especially when used to help improve quality of care and operational efficiencies across complex systems.

“As tech organisations we have a duty to work with our colleagues to provide real-world solutions that drive positive change and meaningful impact. Radar Healthcare has a best-of-breed system that has the scalability and flexibility to deliver these solutions. I am really excited to work together with customers, strategic partners and other providers to help solve some of the issues that our system faces.”

Whilst Rhian and the Radar Healthcare team are keen technology advocates, they take a people-first approach to digital transformation in healthcare. Rhian said: “The technology that Radar Healthcare has is impressive. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. But tech is the tool, not the whole focus. The only way to make a complex system like health and social care work is through strong partnerships and collaboration.

“My career has been built upon bringing together the right people to make positive change happen. From patients to consultants, clinicians, and commissioners, my role is to listen to and understand diverse perspectives and then help to deliver solutions which meet their needs.”

As Chief Partnerships Officer, Rhian will further strengthen Radar Healthcare’s collaborative approach to driving innovation within healthcare. She will build its community of expertise to share best practices and remain aligned to its customer’s needs, providing tools that meet their needs today and evolve for tomorrow.

Rhian adds: “To play a role in helping essential health and social care services with the application of technology and easing pressure across the health and social care system, is especially rewarding when it’s done in partnership with those working on the frontline – it means we can make a real difference.”

The Radar Healthcare team works in close partnership with customers – including HC-One, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, and Circle Health Group – and industry leaders to drive ongoing innovation, from ideation through to testing and integration.

Paul Johnson, CEO for Radar Healthcare said: “We’re delighted to welcome Rhian Bulmer to the team. Her breadth of experience means Rhian brings a deep understanding of the healthcare sector and an impressive network.

“It’s clear that she shares our vision and values. Rhian is perfectly placed to accelerate our partnership working to deliver truly transformative change across health and social care using data insights at a strategic level.”
