Meet our projects team

Across the course of September, we want to continue introducing you to the different teams here at Radar Healthcare and how they all contribute to making us special. This week we’re introducing you to a few members of our projects team.  

Your Project Manager will be there to support you throughout the implementation of Radar Healthcare into your organisation. They will be your main point of contact throughout as they are dedicated to you and the delivery of your implementation. Next week we will delve a little deeper into their role and the implementation process, but first we would like to introduce you to the team who make it happen. 

Sarah Adams 

What is your role at Radar Healthcare?  

Senior Project Manager.  

Why do you love working for Radar Healthcare?  

I’m proud to be a part of each customer journey. Ultimately, each customer has taken a step towards improving their organisation; whether their objectives are consistency and standardisation in business processes, better visibility of what’s happening across their organisation, analysis and continual improvement, or all of these things(!); helping them to achieve this and improve the care they are providing to service users as a result, are what makes it all worthwhile. 

What’s your favourite thing about working with our customers?  

There’s a moment in the implementation journey when everything starts to “click” for my customers.  They start to really understand the setup and that’s when the true collaboration can happen and the full potential of the system in their unique organisation can be realised. 

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?  

Pottering in the garden mostly.  

Amy Everiss 

What is your role at Radar Healthcare?  

Senior Project Manager – Day to day I am working with our customers implementing and configuring Radar Healthcare. This also involves managing members of the Projects Team. 

Why do you love working for Radar Healthcare?  

Radar Healthcare is a great company to work for, there is such a great team spirit and I feel supported at all times.    

What’s your favourite thing about working with our customers?  

Its nice to work with different people and no day is ever the same in projects! It’s interesting to see how different organisations work and how we configure this in Radar Healthcare. 

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?  

I am quite a foody person so in my free time, I enjoy cooking and dining out. I like to relax by occasionally treating myself to a pamper spa day.   

 Mark Forrest  

What is your role at Radar Healthcare?  

Project Manager – To deliver the implementation of Radar Healthcare to new customers.  

Why do you love working for Radar Healthcare?  

Radar Healthcare is a great product that the customers get a lot of value from. I love seeing how it transforms their working practice through the onboarding process. The Radar Healthcare team are a great bunch of people and everyone is always happy to help one another. There are different social challenges often to get involved in if you want, which helps to bring the teams together whilst not being together. 

What’s your favourite thing about working with our customers?  

Every customer is different in how they work and understanding what their requirements are. My favourite things about working with our customers is when we have worked hard to implement their process in to Radar Healthcare, so that they can begin to start using it in the Live environment. 

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?  

I enjoy playing football with friends and the occasional running events. I have two young children, so the majority of my spare time is spent enjoying time outdoors with family. 

Corrina Plant  

What is your role at Radar Healthcare?  

Project Manager. 

Why do you love working for Radar Healthcare?  

The team of people I work with are fantastic, everyone is friendly, funny and always willing to do what they can to help. You do feel like there is a team approach to things and that your work is appreciated and that you are not just a number.  

What’s your favourite thing about working with our customers?  

Building the relationships with them and helping them get the most out of the system is very rewarding when you hear how it has helped improve their work environment.  

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?  

Gardening, socialising, swimming, travelling. 

Alicia Ahmed  

What is your role at Radar Healthcare?  

As a Project Support Officer I assist with customer’s onboarding and system setup.  

Why do you love working for Radar Healthcare?  

I love that Radar Healthcare supports such a vital and impactful sector of our society, where our system can make the difference in saving precious time for healthcare workers, driving improvements, and putting patient safety first.   

What’s your favourite thing about working with our customers?  

Our customers are incredibly hardworking people that have so much care for what they do. It is always lovely to work with them. 

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?  

I love anything creative – from knitting to painting to origami. I also love reading fiction – my favourite authors are Haruki Murakami and Arundhati Roy!
