Making a Meaningful Impact: Radar Healthcare’s ESG Commitment

At Radar Healthcare, we take our environmental, social and governance (ESG) responsibilities very seriously. This accountability is reflected in our culture, values and our day-to-day operations.

We have made a commitment to publicly demonstrate and improve our social value. We are proudly setting targets to measure our environmental impact, social responsibility and governance framework. We have also established an ESG Committee that drive social value projects and hold us accountable.

However, our commitments go beyond our own internal practices. We are working with our partners to understand their ESG goals and how we can contribute to them. We are already exploring initiatives to support our clients’ staff and engage with their local communities.

Environmental Impact

Radar Healthcare will support you to improve your organisation’s environmental impact by digitising your incident, risk and compliance workflows.

We replace inefficient and outdated paper-based processes with innovative web-based forms, tailored to meet your needs.

Our environmental targets are aligned with the NHS goal of achieving Net Zero by 2040. We are working with Microsoft Azure and Green Project Technologies to improve our carbon reporting and sustainability.

How are Radar Healthcare making a difference?

  • Energy conservation
  • Reducing business travel
  • Downsizing our office spaces
  • Improving waste management
  • Supply chain sustainability

Community Partnerships

Radar Healthcare are committed to contributing to positive health and social outcomes for the communities around us and our clients. We are partnering with VCSEs across the UK to strengthen our community outreach projects and connect our staff with meaningful volunteering opportunities.

“The very generous Radar Team has already organised several inventive fundraisers for us, and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial partnership, helping us to walk alongside people who need our support and cheering them on to find solutions” – Leeds South & East Foodbank

We are also worked with Grace Cares in 2025 to produce limited edition water bottles made from recycled material that has been diverted away from landfill. Watch our podcast with Grace Cares to learn more about the impact of social value partnerships across health and social care.
