We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with National Clinical Insourcing (NCI), a leading provider focused on reducing patient waiting lists across the UK. This collaboration will combine NCI’s innovative approach to insourcing with Radar Healthcare’s cutting-edge technology, helping to prioritise patient safety and streamline operational efficiency.

Paul Johnson, Co-Founder and CEO of Radar Healthcare, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership: “We are delighted to welcome National Clinical Insourcing to the Radar Healthcare community. Both organisations share a deep commitment to prioritising patient safety, and we look forward to advancing this vision together.”

Zarir Chaudhuri, Managing Director at NCI, highlighted the urgent need for solutions that address the growing backlog in NHS waiting lists: “The number of patients that we’re able to see will ultimately reduce the waiting list and that’s the reason why we’re doing this. To make a difference, small or large. The waiting list is currently over 7 million. A large number of people across the UK need urgent treatment, surgeries, and cancer care. With my background, I’ve seen firsthand how much the NHS spends on agency doctors, and while they make a difference, they’re ultimately just plugging gaps without a long-term solution. Through insourcing, our main aim is to ensure every patient in the UK has access to timely, safe and high-quality care.”

NCI’s decision to partner with Radar Healthcare was a strategic one, as Zarir explains: “One of the key reasons why we chose Radar Healthcare was your experience working with insourcing providers and building a system tailored to insourcing requirements. Radar Healthcare provides assurance to our main clients by demonstrating that we have the protocols, plans, and processes in place to mitigate any issues we may face when running theatre and clinics on weekends.”

Through this collaboration, Radar Healthcare will support NCI’s mission by providing a robust platform that enhances safety and operational processes. Zarir Chaudhuri also noted the long-term benefits of the system: “As we began to uncover more of the functionalities with Radar Healthcare, I realised how important having a system like this is for the lifecycle and sustainability of our business. We’re leaning on the experience of Radar Healthcare to help us grow, understand, and run clinics more effectively.”

Both teams are excited to embark on this journey together, working towards a shared goal of improving patient care and operational efficiency. Paul Johnson concludes:

“Together, we are creating a pathway to safer, more efficient healthcare delivery, ultimately making a real impact on patient outcomes and supporting the NHS in its time of need.”

We look forward to a successful collaboration with National Clinical Insourcing, leveraging our combined expertise to drive innovation in healthcare.
