Unlocking Customer Connections: The Story Behind Our Community Forum
In this episode of What the HealthTech, Mark Fewster interviews Product Owner, Ellie Jordan. Ellie, as well as working with Mark on improving and enhancing our system, is heading our Community Forum, which will revolutionise how we speak with our partners – and how they speak with each other too.
In this episode of our What the HealthTech podcast, host Mark Fewster chats with Ellie Jordan, Radar Healthcare Product Owner, who oversees the community forum project. Ellie shares insights into the motivations behind launching the community forum, highlighting the need for a centralised platform where customers can share best practices, ask questions, and connect with each other.
The forum aims to facilitate knowledge sharing among users, allowing them to learn from each other’s experiences and collectively contribute to improving healthcare practices. Ellie discusses the process of bringing the forum to fruition, including capturing business requirements, selecting a platform, and planning implementation.
The community forum is structured into four main areas: the forum itself, private beta groups, ideation for product development, and a knowledge base. Users can engage in discussions, ask questions, and share content within the forum.
Private beta groups provide a space for focused discussions on specific product features, while ideation allows users to suggest and discuss ideas for product enhancements. Additionally, the forum will feature product updates, including release notes and roadmaps, providing transparency and opportunities for user feedback.
Overall, the community forum is positioned to empower healthcare professionals to collaborate, innovate, and drive positive change within the industry.
