Elevating Training Effectiveness Through Partner Engagement
As healthcare software suppliers, we understand that health and social care professionals do not go into the industry because they love computers. That’s why we want our software, service, and training to be as simple and as easy as possible – and that’s where Rob comes in. In this episode Chloe and Rob share their exciting plans for how they are making our training more accessible and human, whilst placing partners at the heart of every session.
In this edition of What the HealthTech, host Chloe Weatherhead speaks with Rob Place, Radar Healthcare’s Product Training Manager. Rob shares insights into his diverse career path, which began unexpectedly in the butchering trade during the 2009 crisis before transitioning into customer success roles and eventually training within the e-learning industry. Through his experiences, Rob shares the importance of recognising transferable skills and breaking away from job pigeonholing.
Rob’s vision for Radar Healthcare’s training evolution revolves around ensuring accessibility and effectiveness for users, acknowledging that healthcare professionals often prioritise patient care over technological proficiency. He emphasises the human-centric approach, aiming to provide comprehensive and user-friendly resources tailored to various learning preferences. Rob envisions expanding training options, including searchable guides, mixed media resources, and certification courses, while keeping human interaction integral to the learning process.
He highlights the significance of engaging with users to understand their needs fully, thereby enhancing training strategies and optimising the user experience with Radar Healthcare’s solutions.
