We’re thrilled to share the exciting news that following last year’s success, we’ve yet again had a remarkable night at the UK Customer Experience Awards. In 2022, we walked away with bronze for best customer-centric culture and this year we’ve added to this, winning not one, not two, but THREE of these prestigious awards that acknowledge our commitment to excellent customer experience!
Silver in Best use of Customer Insight and Feedback: To grow, it’s essential to stay closely connected with your customers. In this digital age, organisations are able to access more valuable customer insights than ever before. This award recognises businesses’ approach to this vital aspect of customer experience and their ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
Bronze in Best Innovation in CX: Innovation drives success and helps to nurture long-term partnerships. This category highlights forward-thinking businesses that stay ahead of the curve, by effectively integrating innovative solutions, initiatives, and procedures or by introducing fresh products, attributes, or services, elevating their customer experience.
Bronze in Customers at the Heart of Everything: This category focuses on how organisations effectively place their customers central to all decisions. It looks at how they serve their customer base, listen to and understand their needs, learn from them, and adapt based on this information to provide a seamless and worthwhile experience.
We are extremely proud as we reflect on the incredible journey that has brought us here. These accolades reflect our hard work, dedication, creativity, and innovation. We believe in putting our customers at the centre of everything we do, and these awards resonate as a testament to this.
