The shift away from paper-based processes to digital platforms is part of Bupa’s ambitious digital transformation journey, which also includes the ongoing roll out of electronic care records, an interactive platform allowing relatives to view live updates on their loved ones, and several pilots involving memory games and apps designed to improve quality of life for those with dementia.
