A new integration with Radar Healthcare and Nourish Care

We are delighted to announce that we have partnered with the leading care management platform Nourish Care, which will enable care workers to report incidents to Radar Healthcare through the Nourish app.

The integration

The integration will allow care organisations to record incidents, such as falls, in the Nourish app for that information to transfer to Radar Healthcare for analysis and reporting opportunities.

Radar Healthcare’s specialised workflow engine will then ensure that processes and standard operating procedures are followed so nothing gets missed; creating standardised behaviours, and allowing you to create action plans to mitigate those incidents and drive further improvements.

The integration came from the need to consolidate multiple systems for care delivery to free up more time for professionals to care for residents, delivering a higher quality of care and driving continuous improvement.

Introducing our new partner, Nourish Care

Nourish Care is an app-based care management platform that allows care services to record at the point of care, streamline administrative processes and equip teams with the tools to provide more person-centered care and improve outcomes for the people they support.

Nourish Care works with more than 2,500 care service users in the UK and overseas, within residential homes, nursing homes, learning disability services, mental health services, and other care settings.

They were one of the first recognised as an NHS Transformation Directorate Assured Supplier for the Digital Social Care Records (DSCR) DPS at launch and was also the first accredited by the PRSB as a Quality Partner, working to promote best practice standards for care.

We are honoured and excited to be working alongside Nourish Care and hope our work will provide all our partners with better insight into how incidents occur and how we can all help to prevent them.
