1. Prepare Microsoft Entra ID
Verify the accuracy and currency of your data in Microsoft Entra ID. We’ll support you through this step.

2. Create user group
Create a group in Microsoft Entra ID that will be assigned to the staff members you want to include in your Radar Healthcare system. This is to avoid importing and updating users in your organisation unrelated to Radar Healthcare.

3. Test
Radar Healthcare will establish a connection with your directory and test the set-up.

4. Go live
Once you are happy that things are working as expected, your user import will be made live and your users will sync automatically.
Microsoft Entra ID User Import
System Feature: Microsoft Entra ID User Import
Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) User Import allows Radar Healthcare to seamlessly query your Microsoft Entra ID directory, automating the management of user accounts in Radar.
This is done via a dedicated user group you create in Microsoft Entra ID. Radar Healthcare then syncs with this group daily.
When combined with Single Sign On (SSO), Microsoft Entra ID User Import enables automatic user maintenance, ensuring that changes made in Microsoft Entra ID, such as new starters, leavers, and account activations, are synchronised with Radar Healthcare, reducing your workload.
