Kayleigh is an advanced Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner and the co-author of the recent book ‘Appreciating Health and Care’, which provides a practical guide to using Appreciative Inquiry in health-related settings. Together, Katy and Kayleigh co-host the Caring Corner Appreciative Inquiry podcast.
They both join us today to discuss Appreciative Governance and the concept and impact of utilising Appreciative Inquiry and how it can revolutionise patient and staff outcomes within health and care.
