The teams have been working incredibly hard to complete the first module, Incident and Events, before the end of June. Allowing their 600+ clinicians to record incidents, complaints, and compliments into the system, as well as capture a range of event types and obtain oversight in order to understand and discover trends in their data for the purpose of learning and quality improvement. The Radar Healthcare platform was created to help healthcare organisations achieve regulatory criteria while also being future-proof. Its flexibility allows organisations like Remedy Healthcare Solutions to have a single, user-friendly platform and configure new guidelines and frameworks from the CQC and elsewhere in a way that makes sense to them.
