Remedy Healthcare Solutions, an innovative insourcing and modular solution that provides diagnostic and surgical services to NHS Trusts across the UK and Ireland has partnered with Radar Healthcare to manage risk, quality and governance across 22 of their sites.
Their commitment to patient safety and quality improvement is second-to-none, and they turned to Radar Healthcare to provide a single system that will help their teams to continually improve and learn.
"Having previously worked with Radar Healthcare in a consulting capacity, I was aware of their capabilities for helping organisations such as Remedy Healthcare Solutions, and as the new Director of Governance, I saw an opportunity to introduce a solution that would support our commitment to patient safety and quality improvement."
The teams have been working incredibly hard to complete the first module, Incident and Events, before the end of June. Allowing their 600+ clinicians to record incidents, complaints, and compliments into the system, as well as capture a range of event types and obtain oversight in order to understand and discover trends in their data for the purpose of learning and quality improvement. The Radar Healthcare platform was created to help healthcare organisations achieve regulatory criteria while also being future-proof. Its flexibility allows organisations like Remedy Healthcare Solutions to have a single, user-friendly platform and configure new guidelines and frameworks from the CQC and elsewhere in a way that makes sense to them.
Radar Healthcare was founded by technology experts Paul Johnson and Lee Williams in 2012 in response to the changing regulatory landscape with a vision to make a real difference in delivering positive outcomes and instilling a culture of continuous improvement in healthcare.
