Innovation and quality assurance are at the heart of Achieve Together’s approach and they are continually improving systems and processes to ensure staff have the tools they need to provide the best possible support for the people in their care.
Learn how, by integrating safeguarding workflows into Radar Healthcare, Achieve Together eliminated duplicate recording and improved efficiency across 400+ services, strengthening both staff and service-user support.
Duplicate Recording and Administrative Burden
Safeguarding is a critical part of Achieve Together’s care services, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people they support. However, recording and managing safeguarding events had become time-consuming and repetitive. Each event was logged twice, once as an event and again as a safeguarding event, creating unnecessary administrative work and slowing down important debriefs and follow-ups.
The extra steps involved reduced the time managers and staff could dedicate to supporting both the people involved and the staff affected by the incidents and increased the risk of manual errors in reporting and quality assurance. Streamlining these workflows became essential to free up staff time, improve efficiency, and maintain the highest standard of care.
Improving Processes with Radar Healthcare
To address these challenges, Achieve Together drew on their experience using Radar Healthcare over the past three years. In 2025 alone, the organisation recorded more than 35,000 events with behaviour observation and incidents accounting for almost 70%.
By introducing behaviour observation codes and reviewing processes, they recognised where duplication could be removed and workflows simplified, freeing time for staff and improving data clarity.
Building on these insights, in February 2026 Achieve Together launched a fully integrated safeguarding workflow within Radar Healthcare. The new system removes duplicate entries and makes it immediately clear whether an incident meets safeguarding criteria.
"The impact has been transformational. Managers now complete safeguarding actions with a single click rather than multiple manual steps, reducing the margin for error and saving significant amounts of time."
