Strategic alliances are another focus. By partnering, collaborating and connecting with experts within the industry, regulatory bodies and other healthtech providers, we can drive innovation and ensure our platform remains high performing.”

This evolving framework is designed to improve self-service capabilities, leverage the latest technologies, and provide organisations with greater flexibility and scalability to configure the platform to their unique needs.
Advanced analytics will remain a core focus, with ongoing efforts to enhance our predictive capabilities, helping organisations anticipate risks and drive improved outcomes. We are also in the process of expanding our suite of dashboards to keep pace with changing regulatory requirements and to deliver actionable insights.
