Radar Healthcare's User Group Summit 2026
Beyond the Checklist: From Policy to Culture
Radar Healthcare’s User Group Summit 2026 on 6th February, will shine a spotlight on the partnerships and shared learning that sit behind every success story we’re proud to be part of.
Healthcare safety isn’t achieved by ticking boxes – it’s created when policies evolve into a genuine culture of care. This year’s Radar Healthcare User Group Summit will explore how organisations can move beyond compliance to embed safety into everyday practice.
Through real-world case studies and expert insights from our Patient Safety specialist keynote, we’ll examine how data, leadership, and shared learning can turn information into meaningful action.
Join us as we uncover how policy can drive culture – and how culture can deliver safer, more consistent outcomes for everyone.

This one-hour session explores why modern working life can sometimes feel more demanding than we expect, even when we enjoy what we do. Using simple, easy-to-understand psychology, it explores how our brains and bodies respond to pressure, including the familiar fight, flight, and freeze response. With plenty of everyday, relatable examples, the session shows how stress can quietly affect the way we think, make decisions, and deal with day-to-day situations. Participants will leave with practical, realistic wellbeing tips they can use straight away to feel calmer, clearer, and better able to navigate the change world we live in. It examines why fairness is a core safety issue, not an ethical add-on, and how uneven performance, hidden assumptions, and data gaps can create real clinical risk. Using practical examples, the session focuses on what clinicians, safety leads, and decision-makers need to look for to judge whether an AI system is genuinely safe to use in care. Chair of East of England AI Privacy and Ethics Network |
