Add-on our additional modules to build the ideal solution for your organization.
Create forms tailored to your needs—from assessments to body maps to resident/patient lookups. Mobile responsiveness ensures teams can report incidents where and when they occur.
Integrates seamlessly with your existing systems, including electronic health records (EHR/EPR), care management platforms, staff databases, and HR systems. It also connects effortlessly with external devices and tools such as QR‑based feedback or reporting solutions, ensuring smooth, efficient data exchange across your entire organization.
All of your incidents are linked to our AI and machine learning tools, meaning you’ll automatically be notified when things aren’t quite right. You can also track trends, set your own KPIs and keep on top of any incidents occurring across any location, even when you’re not logged into the system.
Users have the option to classify new incidents as confidential during the reporting process, assigning workflow steps to authorised individuals rather than the usual roles and users. This helps prevent security breaches and ensures the secure handling of sensitive information, for example around safety violations or unexpected incidents. Designate confidential events like whistleblowing or serious patient safety incidents considered high-risk, with restricted workflows and role-based access, protecting sensitive information and supporting compassionate engagement.
Easily access a comprehensive list of all incidents and events. This list can be sorted and filtered based on your specific requirements. You can monitor the priority and progress of each incident, ensuring timely resolution and effective management. Additionally, you can mark incidents as completed once they are resolved at the end of the investigation process.
The history tab offers a complete log of activities associated with the incident, preserving the integrity of the audit trail. It captures incident response and every change made, including a timestamp and the user responsible for the change.
Radar Healthcare’s incident management capabilities allow role-based restrictions on reporting and viewing specific incident types, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
Access expires after 20 minutes unless permission is granted, enabling control over sensitive topics like “infection outbreak” for managers and “whistleblowing” for senior roles, promoting proper information handling across your incident response team.
Reassign incidents in bulk using our intuitive user interface within the administration menu. If an employee changes roles, departments or perhaps leaves your organisation, easily reassign all incidents that are currently assigned to them to another person.
Customise view access for relevant personnel based on form responses. For instance, restrict complaint incident data to ‘Radar Super Users,’ but allow ‘Human Resources Managers’ to view incidents related to staff complaints, enhancing data privacy and access control.
View a list of all incidents where a specific person was involved. The list can be sorted, filtered and exported quickly and efficiently. By selecting their name, a list will be generated of all the incidents where their name has been selected in a form question response as part of the form or workflow, regardless of which team member created the incident, or the form and question asked.
Monitor incidents with four statuses: Pending (in progress within due date), Overdue (at least one step past due), Completed (all steps finished), and Not Applicable (no workflow steps). Easily track incident trends and ensure timely resolution, for best incident management practice.
By default, an incident type can be reported at any location in your system hierarchy. Using location types means the list of incidents available to report can differ depending on the location or service.
