Key appointments at Radar Healthcare
07 February 2020
Radar Healthcare has started the new year with the strategic appointment of four new team members to support growth plans for 2020 and beyond.
Among the new additions is Bob Finney, who joins Radar Healthcare in the newly created role of Sales and Marketing Director. Bob’s business development experience spans over two decades, supporting technology and software focused organisations including Hewlett Packard, Capita, Advanced and more recently EMIS Group as Group Sales Director.
Bob said: “I was immediately impressed with Radar Healthcare’s product and its market potential which means I’ve been able to hit the ground running, creating sales and partnership opportunities from day one. It’s an exciting time to be joining the business as we look to grow our portfolio of customers both within the NHS and care provider markets; supporting them with cutting edge technology, including AI and intelligent monitoring, to help them deliver better care.”
To support the increased sales and marketing focus, Bob has introduced three additional members to the team.
With a collective 40 years in healthtech sales and operations and both with strong track records of working closely alongside NHS organisations, Terry Murphy joins as National Business Development Manager, and Ian Duck as Business Development Manager (North East). As a qualified business and leadership coach, Terry is also well placed to support Radar Healthcare’s growth strategy in a wider context, helping the team to realise their potential.
Hayley Levene also joins Bob’s team as Head of Marketing. With over 10 years’ marketing experience in both B2C and B2B environments, Hayley’s recent focus on marketing software in the health and care market will be invaluable.
Paul Johnson, CEO of Radar Healthcare commented “We’re delighted to welcome Bob, Terry, Ian and Hayley to our Radar Healthcare team. Attracting some of the health tech industry’s top talent really shows the level of confidence in Radar Healthcare and our product as we move into our next phase of growth.”
Having invested heavily in product development, 2019 saw Radar Healthcare onboard its highest number of new customers since establishment and now boasts a strong portfolio of both domestic and international clients including Sanctuary Group, Cleveland Clinic, Alzheimer’s Society and Specsavers to name a few.
