Marketing Executive

£25,000 – £30,000

As our new marketing executive, you’ll sit in our UK marketing team reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager. You’ll need to be able to work autonomously and have the ability to bring a software product to life. As our new marketing executive, you’ll sit in our UK marketing team reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager. Brand exposure and lead generation are our priorities at Radar Healthcare, so you’ll need to be creative, want to think outside of the box, and understand how a message can make our brand stand out from the crowd. Commercially minded too? You’ll fit right in!

Key responsibilities

– Create quarterly marketing plans, working across multiple online and offline channels including blogs, email, PPC, case studies, direct mail, events, webinars, social media, PR and more.

– You’ll manage the planning, briefing and delivery of multichannel tactical marketing activity.

– Raising Radar Healthcare’s brand profile to get maximum exposure.

– Support the team to exceed our monthly lead acquisition targets.

– An understanding of digital marketing channels is a must.

– Support our retention strategy by creating communications for current customers.

– Work closely with our sales team to gather feedback from the market, including on campaigns, sales stages and lead quality.

– Create tailored marketing campaigns for specific audience segments.

– Support the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver key strategic plans.

– Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

– Conduct market research, for example customer questionnaires, sales loss analysis surveys and more.

– Prepare monthly campaign reports for the management team.

– Work closely with our product and project teams to understand upcoming changes, feedback and case studies.

– Work with our advocates and customers to support our campaigns and content, creating engaging stories and case studies.

– You’ll need to stay updated on the market and ahead of the game, with a strong understanding of how to turn news stories into opportunities.

– Brief and manage agencies on video, digital, advertising and more.

– You’ll be required to write award entries, case studies, articles, ads, blogs, direct mailers and much more so good writing skills is a must.

Requirements

– 3+ years proven experience in a similar role in a B2B environment.

– A proven track record of delivering successful campaign activity.

– Strong communication and writing skills.

– Willing to travel when required.

– Experience overseeing and managing multiple projects and campaigns at any one time.

– Experience briefing and working closely with external agencies.

– A quick learner, organised with attention to detail and aptitude for creative thinking.

– Experience using marketing and sales tools such as CMS systems, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook advertising, Adobe, and more.

Desirable:

– Healthcare and/or tech experience.

– Knowledge of the NHS market is a bonus.

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, advertising or related field.

Human Resources Manager

£40,000 – £55,000

As HR Manager you will support the achievement of the company’s people objectives, including talent acquisition and retention, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, global employment compliance and policy review.

People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realise our established mission and objectives, whilst promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process in accordance with best practice
  • Develop and implement outstanding HR strategies, systems, procedures and initiatives, aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Promote effective relations between management and employees
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Support remuneration reviews and make associated recommendations
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Support finance in management of payroll process
  • Promote wellness and mental health throughout our workforce

You will be working with senior management on strategy and direction as well as rolling it out across the organisation.

Skills, experience & qualifications

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or related role
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Qualification in Human Resources or related field desirable

Quality and Compliance Manager

£30,000 – £45,000

You’re the person ultimately responsible for ensuring we not only meet our requirements in terms of quality and governance but motivate the whole business to make it a part of their daily life. We are growing very rapidly and as our business becomes more established we need to ensure our compliance becomes more robust. As such we are looking to fill this exciting new role!

Responsibilities

  • Leading and delivering our IM, IS, IG strategy and ongoing oversight across the business
  • Review our current status and set out a strategy and standards to adhere to
  • Owning processes and certifications
  • Managing our compliance with the NHS DSPT
  • Building the framework for ISO27001 and Cyber Essential Plus to ensure these are embedded within the business
  • Horizon scanning compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure our short, medium and long term business strategy can be met
  • Data Protection Management (in the future this may including taking on role of DPO)
  • Managing SLAs, customer commitments, internal delivery and supplier oversight
  • To act as spokesperson and subject matter expert for company in relevant discussions with customers, partners and open forums etc.
  • Be key in ensuring we maintain compliance in all marketing activity

You will be working with senior management on strategy and direction as well as rolling it out across the organisation. You will be working with external parties such as customers, regulatory bodies, partners and suppliers.

Skills, experience & qualifications

  • Understanding of the Regulatory landscape for business, preferably, (but not essentially), within the Health Tech industry
  • Building the compliance framework for a fast moving tech business
  • Taking a business through certifications for the first time
  • A sound understanding of all things GDPR
